Print Platen Grounding Issue

If you experience an unusual partial loss of your image the machine may be affected by a grounding issue. This issue is caused due to a build up of static in your Print Platen. This image shows the areas that need to be scraped to remove any paint from the notch area that the Print Platen rests on.
